I've never worked with an agency. Will it cost me anything to use your services?
We do not charge candidates for using our services. We are paid a commission by the companies that use us to recruit their contract or permanent staff.
Can you help me find a permanent role, or do you only deal in short-term assignments?
While our name may suggest otherwise, we recruit for both short-term and permanent positions.
How do I register with your company?
We always recommend speaking with one of our experienced Consultants first, either on the phone or face-face. However, if you'd prefer, you can also register online by filling out your details on our website. The appropriate Consultant will be alerted when you do.
What happens to my personal information and CV once I have registered?
Your personal information will be held on our secure internal database, which can only be accessed by our Consultants. We will never send your information to a client without your consent to do so, and you can ask for your details to be removed at any time.
If I am offered contract work, how and when will I be paid?
Our payroll department will pay you every Friday for the hours you worked in the preceding week (ie, a week in hand). You'll need to submit your timesheet by 2pm every Tuesday to ensure prompt payment.
I have my own limited company. Can you pay me directly into my business account?
Yes, of course. Just provide us with proof of your status as a director, a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation and details of your company's bank account.
