When clients ring us with urgent requests the first place we'll look is our CV database, quickly extracting those that match the job profile for further consideration. So before you upload the same old CV you've been firing off in the past, take a few moments to check it's representing you as well as possible. Is it clear and concise? Does it include all your relevant work experience to date? If you left a job early, or took time out between employers, have you given a good reason why? Are any abbreviations written in full at the first mention, so there's no chance of the reader misunderstanding your qualifications, skills or achievements?
Finally, ask yourself whether this CV is suitably tailored to the next job you hope to get. Clients are always quite clear about what they are looking for in their ideal candidate. So run through your CV again, and make sure you haven't under-played anything that may be relevant.
