At Shorterm, we have a dedicated
team dealing with payroll. We
ensure that all aspects of your
payments are dealt with
in-house, this way we can ensure
the highest level of service is
provided to you.
We use the latest software
technology to ensure that your
payments are regularly and
securely transferred to your
account. When your timesheet has
been processed you will receive
a text message confirming that
we have received and processed
this. The signed white copy is
for Shorterm, whilst the signed
pink copy is for the employer.

The cut off for time to be received in the payroll department is 2pm on a
Tuesday. Any Timesheet received after this time might not be processed for
that weeks payroll. Payroll helpdesk opening hours are Monday-Friday from
