Once we have placed contract workers with you we will make regular site visits so that we can deal with any queries or problems that you (or they) may have in situ, and during the working day.
With regular meetings on site, we are able to develop a greater understanding of your working environment, your corporate culture and what you expect from your contract workers and the Shorterm team. And the more we learn about you, the better we can tailor our services to support you.
We have found in the past that both clients and contract workers welcome our site visits as the most effective and least disruptive way of addressing issues that may have come up during the job placement.
