Fixed Price Package
Quite simply, we will undertake minor works projects for our clients – as a fixed price package, and using people we already have on our books – to reduce our clients’ total project costs while providing a more regular and reliable work stream for our skilled and experienced contract workers.
Total Project Management
Mark Boulton, team leader and Director of the Specialist Rail Projects, is a well known industry figure who brings enthusiasm and passion to his role.
Mark is an exceptionally experienced former Permanent Way Engineer who started his career with British Rail and progressed through senior management positions with both Centrac and Balfour Beatty Rail, where he was responsible for scoping, planning and delivering the annual Track Renewals Programme.
With his new role at Shorterm Group he will be providing a total project management service for many of our long-standing clients around the country – and no doubt bumping into many old friends along the way.
