Shorterm Unveil their New E-Vision

Shorterm have embraced a new vision to drive through improvements within their organisation, the use of “e-communications” has not only delivered improved effectiveness to internal and external communications, but it has asserted higher levels of service quality through the use of an on-line survey. This initiative has been a revolution for Shorterm, it has provided the ability to derive a cross-sectional snapshot of quality standards across a number of key areas which directly affect their Clients, Contractors and Staff.

By proactively monitoring service quality, Shorterm have been able to deliver improved services, an approach which has been praised by the British Standards Executive who recently conducted Shorterm’s audit for their ISO9001:2000 quality commitment, ISO14001:2004 environmental management & OHSAS18001:1999 health and safety standards. This campaign has already exceeded initial expectations, not only providing impressive feedback, but the issues of data cleansing, cost savings and process efficiency have all been improved.

Our aim it to ensure that we offer service excellence by integrating e-based communications into our portfolio.” Steve Cheetham, Chief Executive Officer.

The use of e-newsletter, on-line surveys and response analysis have all been provided by Enabler, who have supported Shorterm in this venture (pictured below). Shorterm are committed to continually improving their service quality, it is planned that these changes will enable Shorterm to react to the needs of their Clients and Contractors quickly and effectively, to continually deliver the changes the economic environment requires.
